The "Service Excellence Awards" were created in 2014 by the Rotary Club of Drysdale as a competition to reward excellence in customer service.

 

From 2017 onwards the Service Excellence Awards will be run in April-May each year covering the northern Bellarine towns / business areas of Drysdale, Clifton Springs, Curlewis, St Leonards, Indented Heads, Portarlington and Leopold.

All businesses nominated receive a certificate which includes quotes from their nominees. 

 

The winning entry is judged on the basis of the ‘story’ about the quality of the service supplied. The winner receives a trophy and both the winner and their nominator receive a cash prize.

2025 Awards are to be held on Monday 28th April at Portarlington Golf Club.
